Emirates Rugby Sevens Final at Murrayfield Stadium, Edinburgh

Murrayfield, the home of Scottish rugby, is the venue for the Emirates Airline Edinburgh 7s. Set just west of Edinburgh's city centre, the stadium rises up against the backdrop of Edinburgh's historic skyline and is easily accessible by all forms of transport.


In addition to the 12 core teams that take part in the IRB Sevens World Series, four invitational teams will also be taking part. This year they are Spain, Russia, Portugal and Moldova.

Moldova have never taken part in the event nor indeed have ever played rugby in Scotland before so Scottish Rugby is especially looking forward to their visit.

The teams competing are as follows:

Argentina, Australia, Canada, England, France, Fiji, Kenya, New Zealand, Samoa, Scotland, South Africa, Wales, Portugal, Spain, Russia and Moldov
