Edinburgh wouldn't be Edinburgh with out its bustling nightlife.  With restaurants from all around the world you are truly spoilt for choice.  Bars and clubs are in an abundance, from the up market, after work watering holes of George Street to the more raucous Theme Bars of the Grassmarket & Cowgate.  There is something for everyone without a doubt.  Most of Edinburgh's clubs are open till 3am with an extended license till 5am for those visiting the world famous Edinburgh Festival.
